due to the increased cost for billing, and our efforts to run an efficient
well-organized hospital without rising costs due to non-payment. It has been
our experience that when a client owes money he or she becomes offended when a
billing statement arrives. We want you to stay our client with a happy,
long-term relationship. |

Checks are subject to bank verification. If funds are not available, we reserve
