Restrictions
  1. Proof of Adoption required from animal shelter before discounts can be received.
  1. Extra surgery fees may apply to obese animals, females in heat or pregnant and/or cryptorchid males.
  1. Price of package is determined by weight of animal upon maturity.
  1. Entire package must be paid for upon first visit.
  1. Booster vaccinations following the first vaccinations are not included in this offer.
  1. Deworming of felines covers hookworms, roundworms, and tapeworms.  Should your pet require additional fecal testing for coccidia or giardia, there will be an additional charge.
  1. Deworming of canines covers hookworms and roundworms only.  Should your pet require additional fecal testing for whipworms, tapeworms, coccidia or giardia, there will be an additional charge.
  1. Offer does not include any preanesthetic bloodwork, ekg or pain medications that may be recommended.
